High school students (grades 9-12) are invited to apply for two community service internship opportunities at the DC Public Charter School Board. Students will assist Board staff with office operations, interact with the public and gain employment skills that will prepare them for future opportunities in professional environments.
Students will be provided extensive training in:
- Customer service/community relations;
- Professional telephone reception;
- Office organization;
- Office computer and equipment operation; an
- Interoffice communications and etiquette.
Internships will take place at the D.C. Public Charter School Board headquarters which is located at:
3333 14th St., NW
Washington, DC 20010
