For the 3rd consecutive year, the
Echo Hill Campership Fund is
generously offering scholarships (a value of
nearly $3,000!) that would cover the tuition costs for 6th
grade SEED students to attend Camp Echo Hill this summer. Last year, SEED received three
scholarships and we hope to at least equal, if not surpass that number this year.
Camp Echo Hill is a sleep-away
summer camp for 145 boys and girls, ages 7-16. The camp is dedicated to helping
children have a happy, exciting, and meaningful experience while also building
self-confidence and gaining respect for themselves and others in a safe and
nurturing environment.
The scholarship would cover a
student’s two week session at Camp Echo Hill and the two week sessions will be held on the following dates:
Sunday, June 24
– Saturday, July 7
Sunday, July 8
– Saturday, July 21
Sunday, July 22
– Saturday, August 4
Sunday, August
5 – Saturday, August 18
The deadline for students/parents
to complete the application is Friday,
March 16! If you are completing the application online, the
password to access the application is “EHCF2012”. Please contact Mr. Cotton if you would like a paper application.
